Dr. Toni Connor is a Co-Director at XO Aesthetics and a versatile medical professional with broad training. She is currently working as a Surgical Registrar in general surgery and concurrently undergoing the Cosmetic Fellowship program. Dr. Toni is a registered member of both the Australian College of Aesthetic Medicine (ACAM) and the Australasian Medical Aesthetic Training (AMET). She is also a national trainer for Allure Pacific Aesthetics Injectables.

Alannah is a highly qualified registered nurse specializing in surgical nursing with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. She has received comprehensive training from leading industry vendors in the optimal use of cosmetic injectables and has undergone further supervision by Dr. Toni, earning her the position of our senior injector. Alannah has a keen eye for detail and an artistic flair, which she employs to provide customers with a natural, refreshing look. Her specialty lies in the placement of fillers in the lips and front-of-face structure improvements. In addition to her expertise in cosmetic injectables, Alannah has a background in pharmacy administration and intravenous therapy, which enables her to provide holistic care to her clients and assist them in achieving their optimum health.

Bianca is a highly skilled Aesthetician with a wealth of educational accomplishments, including an M Med Sci (Path), B. Med Sci (Path), B. Biotech (Forensics), and Cert 4 FLM. She is currently pursuing a degree in Dermal Science, and her professional development continues with industry training in the optimal use of laser machines and skincare products. Under the guidance of Dr. Toni, she has honed her skills to provide clients with the most advanced treatments. Bianca combines her scientific dermal training and ongoing education to offer customers a rejuvenated and radiant look, promoting a boost in confidence. Her passion for treating acne and efficiently removing tattoos is evident in her dedication to achieving outstanding results for her clients. Furthermore, Bianca advises clients on the most suitable skincare routines, individualised for each client's specific needs. Her expertise is evident in the exceptional level of care she provides.
