Procedural Information

1st consultation: The Doctor will discuss any potential side effects and if you are a good candidate for the procedure. Pease allow 20 mins for this consultation.

2nd consultation: The doctor will have the treatment prescribed, and will apply the treatment to the desired area. Please allow an hour for this procedure. Post procedure, some bruising will be present, and the area will be a little sore while the fat cells are dying for about a week, but the full effects wont be seen for about a month, once the inflammation has resolved and the fat cells have disolved and cleared from the area.

Will this procedure last?

The procedure is permanent, with the outcome being optimised when combined with good nutrition and exercise. The treatment is a great alternative to surgical options with less downtime and surgical risks additionally it is more cost effective. We will need to see you for multiple treatments to achieve the desired effect, which is dependent on the area requiring treatment and amount of fat deposit present.

Am I a good candidate?

While this procedure is very effective in losing the rigid fat, it is not the optimal treatment for everyone. Generally, this treatment is available for people aged 18-60.

The Doctor will check your skin elasticity to minimise the possibility of skin sagging post fat loss. PCDC is not for women currently breastfeeding or pregnant. If you have lipodystrophy, or a medical condition that affects fat processing in your body.
